Assistant HR Manager
Experience
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management or similar discipline
- Hospitality background essential
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory / management role
- Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resource environment
Skills
- Intermediate levels of Business English
- The ability to interact and oversee a multicultural team
- A hands on approach to leadership & training
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills
- Outstanding presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Payroll Software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and time management
- Your initiative and pro-activeness is essential
